True Results has many products and services with different policies. Please read below for more information or feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. 

Refund. Return and Cancellation Policy

If you're unhappy with your purchase of a service or product, you're more than welcome to contact us with your concerns. Below are standard refund and return policies for specific services and products.​

  • Programs and Training Services: Initial sign ups must request refund within 3 - 5 days of purchase for full refund. Refunds for month-to-month billings are not available. Request for cancellations/freezes are available for month-to-month billings unless request is within 30 days of client's next draft date. You can learn more about our cancellation policy here.

  • Other one-time use services (example: massage therapy):: Refunds for massage or chiropractic therapy are not refundable after the service has been completed. 

Shipping, Fulfillment and Pickup Policy


True Results currently does not provide shipping of product(s) to customers or clients. 

Fulfillment and Pickup

All True Result services are fulfilled in our location(s) by our staff and team members. True Results nutrition services vary in fulfillment and pickup but detailed below:

  • Reful: Orders placed for Reful will be delivered to our location(s) every Sunday at noon. All orders can be picked up anytime between Sunday at noon and Wednesday at 9pm during hours of operation. Pickup time can be extended upon further communication with True Results. More information for how to order Reful can be found here.
