This week at True Results we get to talk about us bringing classes back, what the rest of April looks like and some changes to our Reful menu.
NEW CLASS - True WRK
Some people have been asking and waiting, so we finally did it: Weekday classes are back! Our new trainer, Will, will lead the charge for those early birds at 5:15am and the traffic hour warriors at 8:30am. Here's how Will describes the class:
Functional HIIT style strength training. 45 minute session with multiple stations with lots of movements! Throw a 25lb Med Ball, Sprint On The Manual HIIT Treadmill, Do Some Weighted Burpees, Push A 300lb Sled, Try a TRX Jump Squats, Do Some Resisted Rope Slams, and MORE. Every day and every week the workout is different, but it'll always be High Impact with High Caloric Output. Come Test Yourself!!
