Updated: Feb 4, 2022

The other week, True Results had the special opportunity to be featured in the Southlake Blvd Magazine. True Results' article is called "Healthy Holiday Habits. Time Management & New Routines" on page 64. PJ Tracy, True Results owner, talks about dealing with healthy routines and time management in these chaotic and challenging times.

PJ is the owner of True Results in Keller ,TX. They service all surrounding areas Keller, Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, North Richland Hills, and Fort Worth. He is married with two children. He has an absolute love and passion for helping others achieve their goals, especially taking them further than they ever thought they could take themselves.

"I truly feel the challenges clients accomplish when it comes to health and wellness reflect on every other aspect of life"

Here's what PJ had to say in the article:

"Time management is something I feel we all can improve on in our lives, but especially during this time of year. If you are already on a workout routine, that’s great, but realize planning the next couple weeks is important. It’s far easier to add a workout to your schedule than trying to play catch up. Changing the amount of days during the week you workout, could throw in a nice change to your usual routine to help produce positive changes. In fact, decreasing your actual workout time from one hour to thirty minutes can help. During that thirty minutes you can try cutting out rest times to keep your activity expenditure high.”

At True Results we believe "The Truth is in the Results, find your truth". We offer a multitude of services: facility access, personal training (in facility/online), massage therapy, chiropractic therapy, IV hydration therapy, meal prep, and more.

“When it comes to staying on track with your nutrition, there are measures you can take to be successful. If you know you have an upcoming event, decrease your intake of food throughout the day so when you are at your event, you can enjoy yourself with a few tasty holiday treats. If you end up overeating during the day, try fasting a portion of the next day. The one thing you have to do is be honest with yourself and make sure you follow through with keeping yourself accountable. We tend to justify our actions after we’ve deviated from what we originally planned. In order to accomplish your goals, refrain from making excuses. Stick with it!"
