Facility Access
All Wellness Programs provide access to our True Results Gym and the True Results App. The gym offers a wide variety of equipment and services, and the app provides ease of access to the gym, class scheduling, goal tracking, workouts and more. Whether you need to lose weight, tone your body, relieve aches and pains, or take your game to another level, there is something for everybody at our Medical Wellness Fitness Facility.
Strength Areas
Our strength areas offer traditional and unique systems for free weights and pin-loaded machines for muscle isolation.
Locker Rooms, Showers and Towel Service
Complimentary locker rooms, showers and full towel service are available to all members.
Cardio and Functional Training Areas
Our cardio and functional training areas are provided with treadmills, ellipticals, Stairmasters, etc., alongside 1500 sq. ft. of turf with bands, ladders and TRX cables available.
